NAMM (the National Association of Music Merchants) was founded in 1901 and typically is one of the largest gatherings of professional musicians in the Nation. Every January, musicians from all over the world gather in sunny Southern California for a week long event that features a massive musical trade show with tons of new gear, interviews with industry heroes, educations sessions and live performances.
2020 was the year of adaptation and NAMM did just that with their newly titled “Believe In Music Week” presented by NAMM. This new virtual experience is completely free and that is huge! All you have to do is register and you have access to hundreds if not thousands of resources at your finger tips. This gives anyone in the world access to industry insider insight without having to fly to Cali. This also gives companies an opportunity to connect directly with their consumers from anywhere in the world. Bridging this gap is going to be powerful for the music industry when it needs it the most.

Believe in Music Week will take place from January 18th-22nd and will feature fresh content each day. Set up a profile and determine the events that interest you most. There’s an easy to use interface where you can quickly find information on products, speakers or find a chat room to hang out in and network with other attendees. Exhibitors will have sessions where you can learn about their products/services and connect with the experts behind them.
There will also be hundreds of giveaways provided by sponsors and exhibitors. All of this can be accessed on any device with a web browser. Believe In Music Week is live now and we hope to see you online in some of the events.
