Privacy Policy

Last updated October 23, 2026

This policy explains what information djadvance.com collects, why, and the choices you have. The site is run by DJ Advance (Advance Sounds LLC), based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Questions: booking@djadvance.com.

Booking inquiries

When you send the booking form, we receive what you enter: your name, email, event date, city or venue, event type, budget and message. We use it only to reply to your inquiry and plan your event. The form is processed by our web host, Netlify, and delivered to our booking inbox. We don't share inquiry details with advertisers. Google and Meta are only told that an inquiry was sent, not what it said or who sent it.

Cookies and tracking

We use two tools to understand visits and promote DJ Advance:

These tools set cookies and receive information such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit. Google and Meta handle that information under their own privacy policies: Google and Meta.

If you're in the US, tracking is on by default and you can turn it off at any time. If you're in the UK or European Union, nothing is tracked unless you choose Accept.

Your choices

Your choice is saved in your browser, so you'll need to set it again if you clear cookies or use a different device. You can also use Google's opt-out add-on or adjust your Meta ad preferences.

Links to other sites

The site links to Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, Linktree, Bandsintown and other services. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy doesn't cover.

Selling or sharing data

We don't sell your personal information for money. Using the Meta Pixel for ads may count as "sharing" under some state laws; turning tracking off above stops it.

How long we keep information

We keep booking inquiries as long as needed to respond and for our business records. Analytics data is kept according to Google's and Meta's retention settings.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you sent through the booking form by emailing booking@djadvance.com. Visitors in the UK and EU also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to their local data protection authority.

Children

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
